By using three scientifically proven tools to reduce and manage stress—breathwork, expressive writing, and nature connection—I help people learn to calm the nervous system, focus, and bring more balance into life.
Stress research and education are important to me and I strive to keep up-to-date on the best data and information about harmful forms of stress and how to best deal with them in a healthy manner.
